Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a quiet, private space for the appointment.

We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by:

Open your calendar and click the appointment you'd like to cancel.
Click the 3 dots in the bottom-right of the appointment details window, select Delete.
A pop-up will appear, to confirm deletion, click Yes, delete.

7. What happens if I miss my virtual appointment?
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you may be subject to a missed appointment fee that is the complete fee for the appointment. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you encounter any issues attending your appointment.

Yes, you are welcome to have a family member or friend join the virtual appointment for support, if desired.
